We are so confident that you will love your Delicate Caress product, that we offer you a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, or the product does not live up to your expectations, please email us at support@delicatecaresscosmetics.com so that we can resolve any issues.

Please Note:  Delicate Caress Cosmetics does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Order Received

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received, we advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email to support@delicatecaresscosmetics.com .

The goods will need to be returned to our warehouse for inspection. 

After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

How To Return Your Item

To return an item, please send your order details to support@delicatecaresscosmetics.com.  

We will provide the return address that is related to your country of residence.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return your item/s.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is returned because it has been assessed as ‘defective’.
